On our “rest day” in Chur, we hiked the local mountain – Brambrüesch!

Stage 2 would take us through the Swiss Grand Canyon – as long as the only road through the gorge wasn’t closed!

On our way to the source of the Rhine River, we stopped in Andermatt to see the Devil’s Bridge.

Bikes are the best way to see a city in one day. We cycled 23km in Zurich – on riverside bike paths, cycleway streets, and even a moat promenade!

A serene river ride to Düsseldorf, mind-bending architecture in Media Harbour, yummy currywurst for lunch, and a multimodal trip back to Monheim.

This leisurely 23km ride became a 40km adventure detour! How did we get to Monheim?
